What this website does not do
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, embeds no third-party content and loads no resources from other servers. Fonts are served from this website itself. The only thing stored in your browser is your choice of light or dark theme (in local storage, so the site remembers it); it is never sent to us, and you can delete it in your browser settings.
Server logs
When you visit the site, the hosting provider’s web server records technical data that every browser sends: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer and browser type. These logs serve operation and security. The access-log archives in our hosting account (cPanel Raw Access) are configured to be kept for 30 days. Logs that the hosting provider keeps itself are subject to the provider’s own retention rules. Hosting provider: Namecheap, Inc., Los Angeles, USA.
If you write to us, we use your address and message only to answer your request and to arrange a walkthrough or pilot. Email provider: Google (Google Workspace). We keep the correspondence as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.
Data processed abroad
Our hosting provider (Namecheap, Inc.) and our email provider (Google) are based in the USA. Server logs and emails may therefore be processed in the USA and in other countries where these providers operate. Where the law requires it, such transfers rely on recognised safeguards, in particular the providers’ data processing terms with standard contractual clauses or the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing. Write to office@stag-consulting.com. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority, in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
